Imagine two people. The same age. The same upbringing. The same education. Both have decent jobs, budget, and are careful with their spending.
One lives in a nice home, drives a nice, reliable car, goes on vacations, has money saved, and is putting a little away for the future.
The other lives paycheck-to-paycheck, in an apartment, with a car that always needs something fixed, and just unable to “get ahead”.
